Welcome to Anthony Animates. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the "90-Day Kickstart Program" and any subsequent services provided by Anthony Animates ("we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing the 90-Day Kickstart Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The 90-Day Kickstart Program
The 90-Day Kickstart Program is a one-time service designed to provide you with a foundation in video marketing. The program includes:
•Deliverables: Three (3) custom 60-90 second animated explainer videos.
•Schedule: One video will be delivered each month for a total of three months.
•Process: Each video production includes scriptwriting, voiceover, animation, and one round of revisions.
•Fee: The total, non-refundable fee for the 90-Day Kickstart Program is £1,500, payable in full at the start of the program.
2. The Trusted Advisor Program (Ongoing Service)
Upon completion of the 90-Day Kickstart Program, your service will automatically transition to our ongoing monthly service, "The Trusted Advisor Program," unless you provide notice of cancellation.
•Service: You will receive one (1) custom 60-90 second animated explainer video each month.
•Fee: The fee for The Trusted Advisor Program is £750 per month, billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
•Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to The Trusted Advisor Program at any time by providing us with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue and be billed during the 30-day notice period.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
•The 90-Day Kickstart Program fee is a one-time, upfront payment.
•The Trusted Advisor Program fees are billed monthly in advance.
•All fees are quoted in GBP and are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for the relevant service, you will own the full rights to the final, delivered video files. You are free to use these videos on your website, social media, and in any other marketing channels as you see fit.
We retain the right to use the completed videos in our portfolio and for our own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Each video produced as part of our services includes one (1) round of reasonable revisions. This includes minor adjustments to the animation or visuals. Major changes to the script or voiceover after they have been approved may incur additional fees. Subsequent revisions are charged at £50 Per Revision.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Animates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
